Project Overview

Complete interior renovation of a condo townhouse at 370 Wallace Ave in Toronto. The goal was to replace dated finishes with a bright, modern look throughout the unit. In the kitchen, we installed new flat-panel white cabinetry and new white stone-look countertops, including a waterfall-style island that opens up to the living area. The bathroom was fully renovated: the old bathtub was removed and replaced with a walk-in standing shower with a sliding glass door, along with a new vanity, toilet, LED mirror and lighting. We built a new custom walk-in closet with hanging space, shelving and drawers. New light-toned vinyl plank flooring now runs through the entire suite, replacing the old carpet and dark flooring, and we updated the light fixtures in every room. The result is a clean, modern home that feels larger, brighter and move-in ready.
